The Shabuku group originated from a group of friends who are passionate about the gourmet world, especially the Japanese shabu, with the goal to produce an exclusive and delightful taste “my way”. That idea then turned into multiple consultations with culinary professionals to explore and create the original Shabuku soup that is different and inimitable, yet customary among different age group. Our focus are the fresh new taste and quality produces by paying extra attention to our processes and procedures, and ongoing development for our new broth.
